AUSA Fall Supplemental Training is available at NO ADDITIONAL COST to all AUSA Select, Academy, and Developmental players. Every week at Holland Park between fields 2 & 3.
GOALKEEPER TRAINING
Coach Cody Jones will lead AUSA Goalkeeper training. Fundamentals covered include footwork, handling low and high balls, diving, distribution, crosses handling, 1v1 play, and goalkeeper communication.
BALL MASTERY
Coach Drew Tyson will conduct AUSA Ball Mastery sessions, concentrating on enhancing technical skills and maximizing touches.

SPEED & AGILITY TRAINING
Coach Caleb Bratager will lead AUSA Speed/Agility training, featuring intense exercises covering footwork, speed, agility, strength, and injury prevention.
