Academy & Select Tryout/Evaluation Registration Info

2025/26 Academy & Select Programs

PLAYERS MUST FIRST REGISTER TO BE EVALUATED FOR THESE PROGRAMS

When online registration is open, you may register your child online using the process below. If you wish to register your child for these programs in person, please contact the AUSA Administrator, Caleb Bratager at 706-224-7260.

After evaluations/tryouts, parents will receive either an acceptance or rejection email. If you receive an acceptance email, there will be link for you to log into your Athens United account to either accept or deny your child's position on the team.

If you accept, then you will need to "accept" the club rules/policies and continue through to checkout. The checkout is where you may pay with a credit card or pay by check. If you decide to pay with a credit card on a payment plan, then your credit card will automatically charge the same time each month. We also offer electronic check option for payment plans. Once you have completed the checkout process, the player will then officially be on the team.

VOLUNTEERS

To Register to be a Team Manager or AUSA Committee Member:

Click "LOG IN" tab and enter your username and password
Click "MY ACCOUNT" tab

Click VOLUNTEER Tab
Click ADD/REMOVE VOLUNTEER ROLES
Select the role you would like to volunteer for (You may have to click VIEW MORE VOLUNTEER POSITIONS if the Programs are not visible)
Click the box next to the Academy & Select Program," then the teams will pop up.
Click the box next to the team, then click NEXT
Fill out the *required information, then click NEXT
Checkout: There is no cost for this part of the registration process. Click "SUBMIT ORDER"
A confirmation email will confirm the tryout registration is completed.

2024/25 Academy & Select Programs

Cuando la inscripción en línea esté abierta, puede registrar a su hijo en línea mediante el proceso que se detalla a continuación. Después de las evaluaciones/pruebas, los padres recibirán un correo electrónico de aceptación o rechazo. Si recibe un correo electrónico de aceptación, habrá un enlace para que inicie sesión en su cuenta de Athens United para aceptar o rechazar la posición de su hijo en el equipo.

Si acepta, deberá "aceptar" las reglas/políticas del club y continuar hasta el pago. El pago es donde puede pagar con tarjeta de crédito o con cheque. Si decide pagar con tarjeta de crédito en un plan de pago, su tarjeta de crédito se cargará automáticamente a la misma hora cada mes. También ofrecemos la opción de cheque electrónico para los planes de pago. Una vez que haya completado el proceso de pago, el jugador pasará a formar parte oficialmente del equipo.

VOLUNTARIOS
Para registrarse como gerente de equipo o miembro del comité de AUSA:
Haga clic en la pestaña "INICIAR SESIÓN" e ingrese su nombre de usuario y contraseña
Haga clic en la pestaña "MI CUENTA"
Haga clic en la pestaña VOLUNTARIOS
Haga clic en AGREGAR/ELIMINAR FUNCIONES DE VOLUNTARIOS
Seleccione la función para la que le gustaría ser voluntario (es posible que deba hacer clic en VER MÁS PUESTOS DE VOLUNTARIOS si los programas no están visibles)
Haga clic en el cuadro junto al programa Academy & Select", luego aparecerán los equipos.
Haga clic en el cuadro junto al equipo y luego haga clic en SIGUIENTE
Complete la *información requerida y luego haga clic en SIGUIENTE
Pago: esta parte del proceso de registro no tiene costo. Haga clic en "ENVIAR PEDIDO"

Un correo electrónico de confirmación confirmará que se completó el registro para la prueba.
